About the event
Join CommuniKeys for a visit to our neighborhood firehouse! We’ll begin with a 30-minute tour of Firehouse 12, followed by a short presentation with Gloria Edwards on home hardening, fire safety, and planning for evacuation during a wildland fire. Home hardening means taking practical steps to make your home more resistant to wildfire.
We’ll spend about an hour together, learning about our local fire station and ways to help ourselves and our households prepare for an emergency.
Participants must attend with a caregiver or support person.
